WEBELOS Woods 2008

Sponsored by Troop 304

 Who can join in? 

·       1st and 2nd yr WEBELOS as of September 2008

Where?

·       Fire Mountain Scout Camp

When?

·       Saturday, September 13 and/or Sunday, September 14

·       All Day event with optional overnight until Sunday Morning

·       Registration starts 8:30 am on Saturday;
    program ends either 7:30 pm on Saturday night or 11:00 am on Sunday

Cost? (Per Scout)  

·       $  7.00     Before July 1, 2008

·       $10.00     July 1, 2008 and After  

 Activities will include:

Fire Building – Knots - First Aid - Equipment/Leave No Trace – Pioneering

Hiking/Trail etiquette – Food packing – Plant Identification

Important things to know:

  • Den/Pack participation is allowed with two deep leadership for a day event.
  • Each Webelos Scout must bring a adult (Mom, Dad, or Guardian) for overnighter.
  • Each Webelos Scout will be responsible for bringing and cooking their own meals (Lunch, Dinner and for the overnighters, Breakfast) at their camp site. Meals can be arranged with other scouts or as a den event.
  • Equipment will be the responsibility of the Webelos Scout.
