New Leader EssentialsClass Details and SchedulesNew Leader Essentials is an introductory session that highlights the values, aims, history, funding, and methods of Scouting. Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Varsity Scout, and Venturing leaders all take the same course. Leaders who have already completed Step 3 are still required to complete this step to be considered trained.
